Go for a walk on the 149 acre farm here at the Baltimore County Ag Center and discover how many edible plants there are right in your own backyard! This presentation provides an introduction to general principles of foraging including safety and harvesting considerations, edible plant identification, and wild foods preparation tips including a short hike to identify some common wild edible plants.
