Natural Area Management Services Webinar Series

This webinar series will help green industry professionals, land managers, and landowners learn about natural area management services.

Join this webinar series and learn about expanding Green Industry services to your clientele, and earn a variety of forestry-related recertification credits. Perhaps you manage land for an organization, work with volunteers, or are just an interested landowner?

Then this four-part webinar series is for you! The Woods in Your Backyard Partnership has created a multi-state program for Green Industry professionals to gain knowledge and skills useful for providing additional services to clientele with small acreage properties. Natural area management services can enhance existing natural areas or create new ones from existing lawn areas. Known as “land care practices,” they include invasive plant identification and control, controlling damaging vines, converting lawn areas to woodland using tree seedlings and shelters, enhancing wildlife habitat enhancement, trail construction, and other practices.

This webinar will be held on the following Thursday evenings (each sesion runs 7:00 - 8:30 PM eastern time):
October 22, 2020
October 29, 2020
November 5, 2020
November 12, 2020
