Harford County Agricultural Center

United States
Event Type:
Bill Ayers, 4-H All Star

Looking to improve or try public speaking for the first time? Join us for a hands-on learning experience with tricks and tips to polish your public speaking skills. This is a valuable opportunity for all 4-H'ers, not only for the upcoming contest on March 27, but also for demonstrations during club meetings, club officer roles, presenting ideas and communicating to others about your projects.

What is an extemporaneous speech? How long is a radio spot? Do I need posters and can I have note cards? Get answers to your questions, learn how to sell your ideas to the audience so they will want to listen and stop hiding behind the podium!

RSVP by calling the 4-H Office at (410) 638-3255 or emailing by February 19.
