Youth in grades 3-8 will engage in hands on experiments to explore more about how agriculture and science are interconnected. Experiments will also investigate how advances in agriculture can help solve human issues surrounding food security and health.
Investigative experiments may include:
• Why some people sensitive to some foods and not others?
• How does DNA look and can it be removed from foods?
• How can fat be helpful?
• How can art and science be useful for life?
