Learn to safely preserve summer bounty this year! University of Maryland Extension is introducing a food preservation demonstration workshop on canning jams. This interactive workshop discusses research-based information on food safety principles of canning high acid foods specicifically, jams and jellies. The workshop is for anyone over age 18.
