Come learn about the wonderful world of trees!
  • What is the tallest tree in the world?
  • What role do trees play in the ecosystem?
  • Why are native trees improtant to other animals and insects? What effects does deforestation cause?
  • Determine the age of a tree
  • Learn to plant a tree correctly and take home your very own tree seedling
  • Make a tasty treat with tree products
  • Make leaf prints to distinguish some native trees
Ticket Information:  Purchase tickets here
  • Cost per child $12, Adults free and do not require a ticket
  • One adult per twelve children is required
  • Please purchase group tickets together
  • This class will be given at the Grow It Eat Spring Event - event information can be found here
  • Program meets requirements for the Girl Scout Cadette Trees badge and the Webelo Into the Woods badge
