This field trip, part of the Walnut Council Annual Spring Workshop, will be held rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather. Participants will meet at the Urbana Regional Library for a welcome and introduction from Eco Goat's Brian Knox and will then visit the field site to see the goats in action. Parking at the field site is limited, so carpooling is necessary and participants who have vans or SUVs are encouraged to bring them.


9:00 -  Meet at the Urbana Regional Library; welcome from Brian Knox
9:30 -  Carpool to field site
9:40 -  Tour field site to see goats in action; learn the advantages and limitations of using goats for managing vegetation
11:30 - Question & answer session
12:00 - Adjourn
