Environmental 4-H Club


‘Seeds of Change’ is an environmental 4-H Club focused on the Chesapeake Bay Watershed; on identifying clues about the health of the environment; and, how human actions can affect environmental conditions.

This 4-H Club will:

  • Examine the health of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed and the factors that affect it
  • Determine sources of pollution and learn about efforts to preserve and restore health to the watershed
  • Examine the various animals and plants that inhabit the watershed and explore how each one is an important part of the Bay

To meet these objectives, club activities will include:

  • Guest Speakers
  • Field Trips
  • Arts/Crafts
  • Project entries into the 4-H County and State fairs
  • Community Service Projects
