The Maryland Master Gardener Program is a volunteer educational program of the University of Maryland Extension (UME). The goal of the Charles County Master Gardener Program is to provide Charles County residents with information they can use to identify, assess, and correct natural resource issues that impact the overall health of the gardens and waterways of this county. Master Gardeners and UME staff educate the public to create sustainable landscapes and to protect the area’s natural resources. In order to provide these services, Charles County Master Gardeners utilize the resources and services of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the University of Maryland at College Park.

The Charles County Master Gardeners would like to encourage you to apply for this scholarship and wish you success in your academic endeavors at your next college or university. If you have any questions about this scholarship, please make inquiries to Luke Gustafson at (link sends e-mail).
