2020 Corn Earworm Moth Monitoring

A Scentry nylon mesh trap baited with Hercon Helicoverpa zea pheromone lures was placed at a farm in Hughesville, MD, and monitored weekly for corn earworm adults. The tables below report trap captures and indicate recommended control actions based on number of moths captured.
