Recordkeeping is a very valuable and unique to 4-H skill taught to members of the Cecil County 4-H program. Our Members are encouraged to keep project records books and submit these books annually.
The primary purposes of completing a recordbook are for a young person to develop the skills necessary to set goals and reflect on their 4-H experiences. Another important benefit is to prepare our Cecil County 4-Her's for the process of completing both collegiante scholarship and job applications.
We will not be collecting Record Books for the 2020 4-H Program Year!
4-Hers can submit their completed Summary Record for 2020 and an Essay on "How did you make the best better in 4-H in 2020" (limited to 2 pages, double spaced with 1 inch margins) for review by February 15, 2021 via the google form links below. Youth submitting will receive recognition, however, submissions are not required.
