The Carroll County Health and Wellness program provides research-based programming in:

  • Health Communication
  • Healthy Homes
  • Family and Community Health

These programs include, but are not limited to: Healthy Mind and Body, How to Talk with Your Doctor, Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Education, Health Insurance Literacy, Small Steps to Health and Wealth and Green Cleaning. Target audiences include: adults, senior citizens, and young adults.
