Meet our Team

Lacie Ashby is a Senior Agent in 4-H and Youth Development.  She joined NAE4-HA in 2008 and has served as MAE4-HA Secretary and member of Awards and Recognition committee. She has participated in national conferences as a multiple time presenter, four year conference proposal reviewer, and room host. She earned Achievement in Service Award in 2011 from NAE4-HA. She has earned two regional awards and two national awards for programming.  

Jessica Mellon is an Agent Associate in 4-H and Youth Development.  She joined the UME team in 2015 and she has been instrumental in bringing Robotics and other STEM programming to students in Allegany County.  She has taught Scratch, Python, and C++ coding as well as workshops on Makey Makeys, Rasberry Pi, Arduinos, drones and other emerging technologies.
