Consumer food choices are constantly changing. Yet, some components of their choices, such as quality, value, and customer service should never be neglected.  As we head into the summer session, let's look at what food trends have surfaced so far in 2018 and how that affects your product offerings and marketing strategies. Knowing what's "hot" and "what's not" could seriously affect your bottom line.
