Delicious Roasted Asparagus

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 pound asparagus, washed and ends removed
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line up asparagus on baking tray. Using pastry brush or paper towel, brush the olive oil on each piece and turn lightly to coat the asparagus.
  3. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until tender.
  4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
