A limited number of scholarships will be available in the following categories. Scholarships will cover early bird registration fee of $400.

  1. Students and/or first time professional attendees, with preference given to those presenting during the conference.
  2. Community partners, such as NGOs, non-profits, foundations, faith-based organizations and educational institutions, with preference given to those who are presenting during the conference. The scholarship will cover the early bird registration fee of $400 for one individual representing the organization.

If you have already registered and paid for the conference and are selected to receive a scholarship, the scholarship amount will be refunded back to the original payment source.

Instructions for submitting a scholarship application:

  1. Download the 2017 NHOC scholarship application.
  2. Complete the scholarship application, providing all required personal information and responses to the 3 questions.
  3. When application is complete, click on File>Save As> Add your last name and first initial to the file name and click save (ex. Scholarship Application 2017 NHOC.DoeJ.pdf). This will save the completed application to your computer.
  4. Email the completed application to by COB March 24, 2017. Please put 2017 NHOC Scholarship Application in the subject line. Don't forget to attach the completed application to the email.
