Rolling Clovers 4-H Club Meeting

Rolling Clovers 4-H Club members heard a talk about health problems of their large animal livestock projects. The talk was given by Dtr. Sarah Link, a local veterinarian who gave them tips for their animals. The meeting was held on March 6 at Baust Church Parish Hall.

The meeting was called to order by the vice-president, Marissa Roberts. Reports were given by Allison Stoner, Susan Lawrence and Sandra Stonesifer.

Allison Stoner reported on Team Purebred she attended in Mississippi where she placed 2nd in the Livestock Judging Contest, 5th in the Livestock Skillathon and 4th Overall.

Marissa Roberts and Allison Stoner received champion on their team demonstration at County Demonstration Day. Ben Schildwachter received a blue with his Top Chef demonstration and a blue with his Small Engines demonstration.

The club trip will be to Stratosphere. Club members voted to park cars for a fundraiser on Sept. 10.

A skating party was held on March 25 at Sportsmans Hall, Upperco. Ben Schildwachter and Justin Shaffer attended the event.

Delaney Wellman, Allison Stoner and Marissa Roberts planned the club’s Achievement Program at the planning meeting on March 27.

Club members voted to park vehicles at a horse show for a club fundraiser.

They will vote on a club trip at the March meeting.

A Skating Party will be held March 25 at Sportsman Hall in Upperco ,Md
