Rolling Clovers 4-H Club

Members of the Rolling Clovers 4-H Club participated in a foods program with judging on April 3. The program was led by Jennifer Hiscock and was held at Baust Church Parish Hall.

The meeting was called to order by the president, Gaby Hockensmith. Reports were given by Allison Stoner, Susan Lawrence, Ben Schildwachter and Sandra Stonesifer. Guest at the meeting was Lucy Auci-Bowers.

Marissa Roberts received overall champion on her Guernsey record book for state.

Hannah Hockensmith received 2 champions , Jacquelyn received a blue and Ben Schildwachter received a blue at County Public Speaking Contest.

Allison Stoner participated in the Stare FFA Meat Judging Contest. Gaby Hockensmith and Marissa Roberts participated in State FFA Milk Evaluation Contest.

An Afternoon of Crafts was held April 30 at the Hockensmith home. Those attending were Delaney Wellman, Kylee Passmann, Justin Shaffer, Colley Arbaugh, Lucas Barnett, Marissa Roberts, Allison Stoner and Jacquelyn Slade

Each member was given a copy of the program for the club Achievement Program. Members were asked to bring their 2016 project work to the event on May 1..

The club held a Sub & Sandwich Sale as a club fundraiser. Pick up will be May 18 from 4-6PM at Baust Church Parish Hall.

Club members voted to participate in Children’s Day at the County Fair. Hannah Hockensmith will chair the activity.
