Rolling Clover 4-H Club members helped the homeless in Carroll County by bringing items for the Cold Weather Shelter and made cards for the homeless at their meeting on Feb. 6. The meeting was held at Baust Church Parish Hall.
The meeting was called to order by the vice-president, Marissa Roberts. Reports were given by Allison Stoner, Jordan Lawrence and Sandra Stonesifer.
Members who completed record books were Allison Stoner, Emily and Ben Schildwachter, Colley Arbaugh and Lucas Barnett.
Those who gave reports on the classes they attended at Mid Winter Blahs were Emily and Ben Schildwachter, Lucas and Logan Barnett, Marissa Roberts, Delaney Wellman, Justin Shaffer and Allison Stoner. Jacqueline Slade also attended the workshop
Club members who enjoyed a bowling party on Sun. Feb. 19 at Thunderhead Lanes were Marissa Roberts, Allison Stoner, Colley and Carson Arbaugh, Lucas and Logan Barnett and Justin Shaffer.
Delaney Wellman, Marissa Roberts, Justin Shaffer, Jacquelyn Slade and Kylie Paramann helped residents at Lorien in Taneytown play bingo on Feb. 20.
Club members voted to park vehicles at a horse show for a club fundraiser.
They will vote on a club trip at the March meeting.
A Skating Party will be held March 25 at Sportsman Hall in Upperco,Md
The next meeting will be April 3 at 7PM at Baust Church Parish Hall. The program will be Foods. The clovers will meet 6:30PM at the Parish Hall. The Service Project will be Soldier's Angels and 2 Easter cards for residents at Lorien in Taneytown.
