The CROP HOP (A Cycling Tour of So. Maryland Farms) is a fundraiser bike tour designed to highlight the connection between farms, fresh food and good health, and to help provide fresh farm foods to low-income families in Southern Maryland.

The 2014 CROP HOP will tour farms in Southern Prince George’s County, Maryland and will feature fabulous food grown and raised locally. Choose from spectacular routes including a short, family-friendly route. Don’t want to ride your bike? Your family and you can also paddle kayaks up and down the Patuxent River and see our local farms from a completely different vantage point!

GOOD FOOD AND FUN! There will be food, fun and goodies for riders and non-riders alike. You’ll receive a free commemorative T-shirt with your paid registration.

THE CROP HOP PICNIC! The Crop Hop will culminate in a post-ride picnic featuring local farm food and entertainment. You don’t have to ride to attend the picnic; come and cheer the riders on.

SPONSOR! Sign up to be a Crop Hop sponsor! A portion of each ticket sold will be used to purchase fresh farm food for low-income families.
