4-H Enviro-Action!

A new 4-H Enviro-Action lesson for this month is about Insects.  This lesson, like the others in this series, is taken from the 4-H Nature Programming Quick Guide.  The lessons combine simple definitions and concepts, teachable moments, and activities that can be used all together in one lesson, or separately as needed.
As the days reach their longest length of the year and plants are growing in high gear, insects will  become a very visible form of wildlife.  This month, take the time to look under some rocks, dig around in the dirt, inspect some blooming flowers, and you'll find many of these very important little critters going about there daily business!
