Family and Consumer Sciences

The Washington County Family and Consumer Science Extension Educator and staff offer educational programs for individuals and families, community groups and business audiences. Most of these programs have little or no fee.

The Family and Consumer Science educator offers educational programs and assistance in the areas of:

Family Finance
Family Life
Nutrition and Food Safety
Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

Lynn Little, Extension Educator is also available to answer questions on diet, health, nutrition, food safety and storage, stain removal, household cleaning, money management and family life issues.
