New Master Gardener Classes

Carroll Master Gardeners sharing vegetable gardening information at local Farmers Market. Carroll County Master Gardener Training has changed in the past few years. The new model is:

First, complete one of the three one day volunteer trainings this winter. These trainings are only available to county residents interested in becoming Master Gardeners.
Then, as a new Master Gardener trainee, you will need to achieve at least 30 hours of approved volunteer work with current Master Gardeners to be eligible for the full Master Gardener training program in the fall (training dates listed on registration portion of this brochure).

Volunteer training, paperwork, and the completion of at least 30 approved volunteer hours must be done prior to the “September – October” Master Gardener Training.
