How many fruits and vegetables do you eat every day? The more you eat the better! Learn some simple ways to include fruits and veggies in your daily diet. Find out where to buy locally grown, great tasting produce!

Healthy Bones

Are you at risk for weak bones?  Strong bones are needed throughout your lifetime! Learn what foods, physical activities and lifestyle behaviors help prevent broken bones.

Healthy Eating & Active Living – Your Personal Plan!

Would you like to feel better? Learn some nutrition and physical activity basics that will give you more energy throughout your day.

Healthy Eating and Memory Fitness
60-90 minute class
Do you often forget things? Memory lapses aren't always a sign of aging. Learn some healthy eating tips and simple tools that may help jog your memory. Session includes a healthy beverage preparation and tasting activity.

Low Salt Limbo
60-90 minute class
Are you eating too much salt? Many of us consume 2 - 3 times more salt than we need each day. Learn the risks of a high salt diet and how you can reduce your salt intake. Hiding the salt shaker isn't enough so join this "low salt limbo" class and learn just how low you can go!

Meeting Well

Are you looking for a walking partner? Would you like to form a walking group? Join other walkers and learn how to create and sustain your own walking group. All you need is a comfortable pair of walking shoes to join this class!

Planning a health fair? Need some additional teaching aids? All you need is a large table! Borrow one of our table top displays that include low-cost or free educational materials.
