Don’t forget, involving children (when possible) in food preparation allows them to be less picky. Children generally eat better when they’ve had “hands-on,” fun food experiences!

It is that time again! The Maryland State Fair will be coming up and we are looking for 4-H youth who would like to work at the State Fair. This opportunity is open to senior 4-Hers.
