Maryland Cooperative Extension is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Agriculture, land-grant universities and local governments in each state. Faculty and staff of Maryland Cooperative Extension (MCE) provide research-based information, educational programs and services on a variety of subjects:

4-H is an educational program for young people ages 8 to 18. The program assists youth to acquire life skills through projects, leadership roles, and community service.
