Lawn Renovation

Overseeding and renovating an established lawn

There are three methods of renovation:

  • complete renovation (starting over from scratch)
  • overseeding
  • repairing bare spots

Lawn Renovation:

This “over haul” of the lawn is a lot of work and is considered if the lawn is over 50% weeds.

Over-Seeding:

Helps to improve the overall quality of your lawn. It thickens up grass to help prevent weeds and repairs damaged areas.

Repairing bare spots:

Requires the least amount of effort and helps to reduce areas where weeds can move in.
