Horticulture Projects Developed by Charles County Master Gardeners

Charles County Master Gardener Projects

As part of the Maryland Master Gardener program, we carry out a wide variety of projects, all with one primary goal: to assist the public in learning about and using sound and sustainable horticulture practices.  We visit local schools, conduct plant clinics, and provide onsite advice and assistance with gardening and landscaping issues.

Please take a look at some of our projects to promote environmentally sound horticulture by clicking on one of the links to the left.

If you or your organization in Charles County would like assistance with planting techniques, plant selection, or plant bed design, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Dr. Mudd House Rose

The Dr. Samuel A. Mudd House gardens, one of many Charles County Master Gardener projects, reflect the history entrenched in this civil war era museum.
