MG Annual Training Day

Each year the State Master Gardener Office offers, for a nominal fee, a full day of advanced training on the last Thursday in May at the University of Maryland, College Park Campus.   The 2006 training featured keynote speaker Dr. Peter Hildebrand, Chief, Hydrosperic and Biosperic Sciences Laboratory, NASA Goddard, talking about “Water for Life on Earth”—how the global water cycle changes as climate changes.

In addition, there were over 30 workshops to choose from.   These included:
