Join the Yahoo Listserve

Approximately 2/3 of Master Gardeners in Montgomery County belong to the Yahoo listserve. Once you join the listserve you will be able to send a simple email to the listserve which will be distributed automatically to all M.C. Master Gardeners who are members of it. You in turn will receive email sent by your fellow MGs.

When you join, you have 3 options. You may elect to receive either:

Individual emails
Daily Digest
No emails

If you choose "individual emails" each time someone sends out an email, you will receive it.

If you choose "daily digest," you will receive a single email each day that will contain all the emails that were sent out that day. However, you will not be able to see any attachments that were sent with those emails. This creates a potential problem, since many emails are sent with attachments.

If you choose "No emails," you will receive none. Instead, you will need to go to the listserve located here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mc_mg/members

and then you can read any emails that have been posted in recent weeks. You will not be able to see attachments that were sent with the emails.

If you wish to join the Listserve, send an email to: garycahn@yahoo.com I will then email you an invitation to join the listserve. Follow the directions contained in the invitation to join the listserve. You should start receiving emails from the listserve within a day or two after joining.
