The Grow It Eat It campaign is a joint venture of the Maryland Master Gardener program and the Home and Garden Information Center to address the growing need of Marylanders to learn how to start and maintain successful food gardens.  Our vision is one million gardeners in the state producing their own affordable, healthy food.

In Montgomery County, the Master Gardeners will be teaching classes on basic vegetable gardening and other related topics.  Please check our classes list to see what's being offered in your area.  If you have an organized group that wants instruction in vegetable gardening, and a place to hold a class, contact us at mc.growit@gmail.com and we'll work on finding you a teacher.
