MCE State Strengthing Program

Building Strong Communities in Maryland is a community adult and youth leader empowerment program in two communities in Maryland. The program focuses on low income areas through five key areas:
  1. Community Collaboration
  2. Community Needs and Asset Assessment
  3. Citizen Empowerment
  4. Youth Development
  5. Program/System Development
