As the planting season is underway, now is the time to learn proper methods to preserve your garden's bounty!  Join us to lean best practices for Boiling Water and Pressure Canning, sealing lids, and best practices for storing canned goods.  Get all your questions answered and learn how to can meats, vegetables, fruits, soups, and much more. 

Adult Sessions: Tuesday May 24th or Thursday, May 26th 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. $65.00 

Youth Session: Saturday, May 28th 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. $20.00

You will learn both pressure and water bath canning procedures.  Advanced registration and payment is required by May 19th!  Space is limited to 15 participants.
