The Calvert County Department of Public Works, University of Maryland Extension Program and Calvert County Citizens Green Team are pleased to offer a workshop during the Calvert Green Expo on the practical uses for rain barrels and how they reduce the impact of runoff on our local waterways and Chesapeake Bay.

    DATE:        Saturday, June 2, 2018
    TIME:        11am, 1pm and 3pm
    PLACE:      Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center

Participants will have the opportunity to pre-purchase rain barrels and learn the technique for later installation at home.  Workshops are approximately 45 minutes in length.  Pre-registration Recommended - Space Limited

*Calvert County Public Works Department is providing a discount to county residents for participating in this program. Individuals are eligible to order a maximum of 2 rain barrels at teh discounted rate - order additonal barrels at the non-resident rate.  You must be present at a workshop to receive the discount.

*If  you would like to order more than one rain barrel please indicate that on the form and adjust payment accordingly. 

*You must register in advance to guarantee rain barrel availability on the day of the workshop. 

*Rain Barrels are 55-gallons in size and white in color.
